AJ specializes in retained searches for firm’s Financial Services practice. He excels in orchestrating highly customized executive search plans, developing new clients and expanding current relationships. He has an extensive track record of successfully placing “A” talent for a wide range of positions.
In 2011, AJ joined Hirenomics as an executive recruiter after five years with Beacon Bank. During his time at Beacon, he successfully developed and maintained a $12 million deposit portfolio as a result of his persistent and aggressive networking. He also headed the completion of the annual Commercial Real Estate and Home Equity Portfolio Analysis and was the designated expert for their remote deposit products. His experience in the banking industry covers all facets including retail, commercial, credit and technology.
AJ’s success is attributed to his outgoing nature, driven personality, numerous American Bankers Association and Minnesota Bankers Association courses and the Dale Carnegie Sales Academy where he was a finalist in their sales competition.
